The purchase and sale of transfer packages is governed by current Italian travel regulations.

•Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of the insulatransfer confirmation e-mail and are 
not refundable. The booking confirmation must be shown to the service providers.

•The transfer services are organized according to the travel information you will provide and insulatransfer 
does not assume responsibility for changes of day and/or times not communicated at least two days before
the date of performance of the service, via e-mail. 
Changes are considered confirmed only after receipt of the booking change provided by insulatransfer 
by e-mail.

•In case of delays with arrival in Naples at times not compatible with maritime connections to the islands, 
and in particular in the event of suspension and/or cancellation of maritime connections due to adverse 
weather and sea conditions or strikes, insulatransfer will be in charge to look for alternatives without 
assuming responsibility and charges for additional transport and/or accommodation costs. 
These will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid on site.

•The price expressed in Euros is that indicated on the service confirmation.

Payment has to be done at the time of booking by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, 
following the online described procedures.

The security of the credit card data provided is guaranteed by the NEXI secure payment system.

Privacy: in compliance with art.13. DL 30 June 2003.n.196, we inform you that the personal data you provide 
are stored in the insulatransfer database, according to criteria that guarantee their security and confidentiality,
and will be used to allow you to be informed about our new initiatives.
